A 100-year history

ISOCARBO was founded in Camerlata, Como, Italy.

1923

Isocarbo moved to a new 10,000 sqm plant in Senna Comasco, Como, Italy.

1977

Architect Manouk Manoukian was entrusted with the renewal and enlargement of the headquarter, for a more rational and modern building, in order to support, also structurally, the progressive growth of the company.

1993

Harutiun Manoukian joined ISOCARBO as shareholder. Thanks to his deep experience and know-how, ISOCARBO team transformed its production and sales units, and introduced the Digital Sublimation Inks to the market. 
End 2013 ISOCARBO invested to set up the Chinese Branch ISOCARBO Ink trading Co. Ltd. in Shanghai.

2013

The ISONIK® brand for the digital inks sector was born.

2016

The KEMIK® brand for traditional printing and dyeing was relaunched.

2017

Harutiun Manoukian became President and CEO of ISOCARBO and directed the company towards a more efficient internationalization and sustainability process.

2019

During the pandemic, ISOCARBO converted a department to the production of disinfectants and sanitizers, donated to local operators. The SANIK® brand was born.

2020

ISOCARBO invested in expanding the production capacities of the ISONIK® and KEMIK® product series.

2022

ISOCARBO celebrates 100 years of industrial activity.
